Katharina Gnath joined the DGAP’s research institute in February 2007 as resident fellow, responsible for the Globalization and World Economy Program. She specializes in international economic relations and questions of international economic governance.
Before she came to the Council she worked as research associate for the London-based think tank »Federal Trust for Education and Research« on European economic issues and at the European Central Bank’s international directorate in Frankfurt.
She studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford (BA Hons) and holds an MSc in European Politics and Governance from the London School of Economics where she conducted research on economic and monetary policy.
