Andreas Alvarez is responsible for weltpolitik.net, the DGAP's web-based gateway to international relations. Before he joined the DGAP in 1997, he studied Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the University of Bonn. He holds a Microsoft MCSE Certificate.
