The International Summer School gathers 20 to 40 highly
qualified students, graduates and young professionals
between 20 and 28 years of age for two weeks in Berlin. The
programme, consisting of lectures, panel debates and
workshops, allows sufficient time for free discussion and
friendly get-togethers among the participants, so that they
may not only reflect upon the broad range of topics, but
also discuss their different perspectives and cultures. The
programme is complemented by selected cultural and social
activities in and around Berlin.

The three-day New Faces Conference offers young professionals from within politics, industry and academia the possibility to test new ideas and not least themselves in a forum of like-minded peers, and expand and deepen their expert and professional network. The subsequent publication of participants’ papers as presented during the conference documents their impressive expertise, and presents their ideas to an international audience.
Participants of the International Summer School, the New Faces Conference and the Expert Conference stay in touch with the Forum as well as among themselves far beyond the actual event itself. In doing so, they are being supported by a website, an alumni database as well as an alumni newsletter.
