Doctoral Program
Since 2005, the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) attends a doctoral program on behalf of the Robert Bosch Stiftung. The program is addressed to multi-interested, open-minded young people, who, being potential future executives, would like to link their stay in Central and Eastern Europe with the completion of a dissertation.
The doctoral program consisted of twelve lecturers who wrote their dissertation and simultaneously teached at universities in Central and Eastern Europe respectively in the Caucasus and Central Asia.
