Die sicherheitspolitischen, wirtschaftlichen und Umweltkosten ihrer gegenwärtigen Energiepolitik geben amerikanischen Politikern starke Anreize zum Umdenken zugunsten neuer Technologien und eigenproduzierter erneuerbarer Energien.
