Charles King Mallory IV studied for his Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the Center for Soviet Studies at RAND Graduate School, Santa Monica, and his MA in International Relations from the School for Advanced International Studies at the Johns Hopkins University, Washington. He was Senior Advisor to the US Department of State, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, Visiting Fellow at the Stiftung Wissenschaft & Politik, and worked at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
